The Three Gifts Carol

Myrrh, frankincense, gold:
These were the gifts that the Wise Men had brought
To lay at the feet of the child they sought,
Travelling from far
Following the star
A King to behold.

   Trust, reverence, praise:
These are the gifts that we offer to you,
Serving with joy in the work that we do,
Ever pressing on
Till our tasks are done,
Kept faithful always.

Love, fellowship, peace:
These are the gifts which you offer to all
Who follow the star and obey your call,
Showing us the way,
Guiding us each day
Until journeys cease.
